SHIPPING
NOTE* During COVID-19 you may experience minor shipping delays. Orders placed on Friday after 3:00 PM EST will begin processing the following Monday. Transit times do NOT include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, as once the package is delivered I cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages. You can also contact USPS directly for assistance. Just Pretty Jewelry cannot be held accountable for unforeseen weather conditions that delay delivery time. JPJ will NOT ship on weekends and holidays.
USPS PRIORITY MAIL SHIPMENTS
For US addresses, Just Pretty Jewelry offers Free shipment on orders over $100. Customers receive their orders 2-7 business days from the date of dispatch. The estimated delivery date is an estimate only and is not guaranteed. Free shipping does NOT apply to Hawaii, Alaska and Puerto Rico
Just Pretty Jewelry DOES NOT ship to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses at this time.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
International shipments are shipped via USPS.
Canada & Mexico: $25 USPS Standard
Europe: $35 Worldwide Shipping
All other Countries: $45 Worldwide Expedited

Custom duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout. They are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Although charges are not always incurred, duties and taxes will be based on the value of the order for goods imported. Payment of any duties and import taxes is the responsibility of the receiver, and these fees (I.C.O.D) are collected at the time of delivery. The receiver must pay the duties and taxes due on their package. The international shipping cost incurred at time of check out is non refundable. (A delivery ignored or refused by the receiver is deemed "abandoned" by USPS.)

If a package is "Abandoned" by a customer and is returned to JPJ, any tax and duties added will be charged to the customer.

TRACKING YOUR PACKAGE
All packages sent via USPS will have a tracking number assigned. Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT YOUR ORDER IS SHIPPING TO A SECURE LOCATION, AS ONCE PACKAGE HAS BEEN DELIVERED TO THE CORRECT LOCATION WE CANNOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES.
Justprettyjewelry.com is not liable for any lost shipments. Customers are responsible for claiming all misplaced, lost, undelivered OR "abandoned" shipments directly with USPS. All customers are encouraged to contact USPS about a missing or undelivered package. In the event that your package is lost or misplaced we will do our best to assist you.

CUSTOMER CARE ORDERS
NOTE* You will experience minor shipping delays due to the pandemic. JPJ does not ship on the weekends and Holidays. In the event that the item(s) you purchased is back ordered, please allow up to 3-4 weeks for your order to ship. If you ordered more than one item, you may receive partial shipments. For customized merchandise please allow 7-10 business days for completion prior to shipment. JUST PRETTY JEWELRY WILL BE CLOSED ON GOOD FRIDAY, MEMORIAL DAY, PRESIDENT'S DAY, JULY 4TH & 5TH, LABOR DAY, THANKSGIVING/BLACK FRIDAY, CHRISTMAS EVE, CHRISTMAS DAY, AND NEW YEAR'S DAY. NO ORDERS ARE SHIPPED ON THOSE DAYS.

PRODUCT CARE
Each piece of Just Pretty Jewelry is hand-crafted and requires delicate handling. Please follow the recommended care + feed routine to extend the life of the jewelry so it can celebrate numerous milestone occasions.
Be sure any cosmetics, perfumes, etc. are dry before putting on your jewelry, and that there is no contact with water. After each wear — gently wipe with a soft jewelry cloth and store in a jewelry box or pouch. Please note that the majority of the collection contains rubber that can weaken over time. Natural wear and tear can result in the breaking of this rubber, which should be delicately handled and stored in an appropriate setting.

REPAIR POLICY
JPJ will repair any jewelry design purchased through justprettyjewelry.com.
For all repair inquiries, email
justprettyemail@yahoo.com. Please include your name, description, photo of the damage, and proof of purchase. If your piece can be repaired, you will need to send it in. Make sure you use a trackable service and protect your jewelry with proper packaging.
Repairs take 2-5 weeks to complete.
Less than 14 days after purchase is FREE
More than 14 days is subject to repair fee. *Fee is contingent upon material availability and nature of repair.
Due to the nature of my products, I may not be able to order certain components needed to repair older or discontinued items.
All repairs are subject to shipping charges. I reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns, and exchanges.

PAYMENT INFORMATION
JPJ accepts payment via PayPal processing. Customers will be charged as soon as order is submitted on justprettyjewelry.com for any order; Pre-order or Backorder.

REFUND POLICY
No refunds are available at this time. JPJ wants you to be happy with your order. If you are not satisfied with your order, please email justprettyemail@yahoo.com JPJ would like an opportunity to make it right.
